Traffic is quite heavy during game days and street parking can be a real challenge so we recommend arriving the day before a game if your plans will allow. There is room for 4 mid sized vehicles to park in the driveway. No parking is allowed int he one stall garage or on the grass. There is a keypad on the front door for entry upon arrival for contactless check in.

Main floor features a living room with a large sectional, eat in kitchen with dining table, 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

Basement level is newly built as of October 2026 and features a designated office space, laundry room, living room with dry bar, 1 twin bedroom, 1 full bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The upstairs living room has a large sectional that converts into a pull-out bed.

The garage has a grill that can be used to tailgate in the front yard as well as a few tables and chairs.

There is ample public transportation in Green Bay, but this rental is within walking distance of anything you might need, including a gas station, grocery store, restaurants/bars, Resch Center, Lambeau Field and more.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.
