Private Deck: The front deck is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.
Shared Areas: The main entrance and outdoor staircases are shared access areas for the building.
Off-Limits Areas: Utility closets, locked host storage areas, and other private units on the property are strictly off-limits.

Neighborhood & Urban Transit: We are located in Jersey City's vibrant Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood. The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (Garfield Avenue Station) is just a 13-minute walk away, (1 stop to Liberty State Park) Plus we are less than a 1 minute away from the nearest Citi Bike dock on Arlington Ave. Making trips to Manhattan and downtown Jersey City fast and easy.
Parking: Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Please check posted street-sweeping signs and municipal permit guidelines carefully.
HOUSE RULES
We hold these standards to maintain a pristine, high-quality experience for every guest!
Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM
1-You must be 25 years or older to book this home. A government-issued ID is required to confirm the reservation.
2-Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the private deck. There is a $1,000 fine for violations.
3-Quiet Hours & Events: Parties, events, and loud music are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $1,000 fine.
4-You will be charged twice the current price for any missing or damaged items including, but not limited to stained towels/sheets), as well as $200 USD for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.
5-No Housekeeping During Stay: Long-term stays (30+ days) can request deep cleaning for $300 per service. Please note this takes about 3 to 4 hours.
6-Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unapproved extra visitors will incur a $200 penalty per person, per night.
7-No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a $300 penalty per pet, per night, plus double the standard cleaning fee for deep cleaning.
8-No Mail/Packages: Package delivery to the address is not permitted. Please use a nearby Amazon Locker or FedEx/UPS pick-up location.
9-Commercial Content: Filming, commercial photography, or recording is prohibited without prior written host approval and applicable location fees.
10-Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-out is billed at $100/hour.
Security: Exterior security cameras monitor the front entryway and building perimeter for safety and legal compliance. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas. Disconnecting or tampering with security devices results in immediate reservation termination without refund and a $500 fine.
Self Check-In: Access the property seamlessly via a secure digital keypad. Your unique door code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.
Property Access & Stairs: Located on the second floor of a multi-family property. There are a few exterior steps leading up to the main entrance, followed by 15 steps to reach main living space.
