Perched on the hillside in Cringila, this relaxed three-bedroom, two-bathroom home looks out over Port Kembla to the Pacific Ocean. Watch the sunset from the balcony, unwind in the light-filled living room, or challenge the family to table tennis in the downstairs games room.

- Well-equipped kitchen plus a kitchenette, and dining for six
- Two living areas, a big TV with Netflix, and a small office nook for working remotely

- Air conditioning in the lounge and a gas heater for cooler nights
OUTSIDE
A sunny, grassy backyard with BBQ, perfect for morning coffee or an evening meal. Free on-site parking for two cars.

Cringila sits just south of Wollongong. Port Kembla Beach is about 4 km away, Wollongong's city centre, harbour, cafes and restaurants are a short drive north, and Lake Illawarra is close by to the south. It's an easy base for exploring the coast, including the scenic Sea Cliff Bridge drive.

No smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Pets considered on request.
