The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 146 m² flat for rent in Saint-Chaffrey, spread over the top three floors of a chalet and able to accommodate up to 10 guests.
The chalet also comprises a second self-contained flat, situated on the ground floor.
Both properties therefore have their own separate living areas.

On the main level
You’ll find a large, light-filled 50 m² living area, with a fireplace bathed in light thanks to a large south-facing bay window.
It comprises:
* A lounge area with a television, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains;
* A dining area with a very large table, perfect for sharing meals and enjoying quality time together;
* An open-plan, fully equipped and functional kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
There is also an entrance hall where you can easily store your equipment and belongings.
On this same level, you’ll find a lovely master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two washbasins.

The upper floor features several sleeping areas, perfectly suited to families:
