About this house rental
Welcome to our beautifully restored old Victorian home! Located only a block and a half away from lower state street you will find yourself in a great location to be able to walk and explore downtown Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone, and the beach! If your group is here for business then rest assured that our neighborhood is a quiet one and there is enough space for everyone to be able to work in peace or just relax!
Two story Victorian home, please note that all of the beds are located on the second floor.

The sleeper sofa in the office can pull out making 2 twins
There is a queen blow up mattress as well
Private parking lot
Exterior cameras present around perimeter of the home
Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Because of this we do wish to leave the hustle and bustle of downtown in that area and will not host events/parties.
