Welcome to Pelican on the Post, a spacious double-storey holiday home in Venus Bay, ideal for bringing family and friends together for a relaxing coastal escape. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home offers five bedrooms, generous living spaces and plenty of room for everyone to unwind, whether you're planning a family holiday, a beach getaway or a trip away with friends.
Spread across two levels, the home features five bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your group. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite with a shower and toilet. Downstairs, four additional bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. The main bathroom is also located downstairs and includes a shower and toilet, while two separate powder rooms, one on each level, provide extra convenience for larger groups.
The spacious upstairs living and dining area is a welcoming place to gather after a day exploring the coast. Stretch out on the large, comfortable couch, enjoy the warmth of the enclosed wood heater on cooler evenings or make use of the reverse-cycle split system for heating and air conditioning throughout the year. There's a Smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, a sound system and board games to keep everyone entertained. The dining area opens onto a generous patio with a BBQ, making it easy to enjoy a meal outdoors, share a relaxed afternoon with family and friends or fire up the BBQ for dinner.
Downstairs, a second lounge offers another comfortable space to relax, complete with an additional TV and sofa beds for extra sleeping space. This separate living area is ideal for larger groups, giving everyone room to spread out, enjoy a movie or simply take some time to themselves.
The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for the whole group easy, with a dishwasher, coffee machine for your morning brew and a fridge with a built-in ice maker to keep drinks chilled. Whether you're putting together breakfast before a trip to the beach or preparing dinner to enjoy together, you'll have the essentials close at hand. A separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available, making longer stays that little bit easier.
