Recently updated, this spotless 2 BR / 1 Bath Elkhorn Bluff condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family complete with access to the Pool (open summer only) and year round access to the Hot Tub / Spa, and Sauna. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Lodge are only ~ 2 miles away while downtown Ketchum and Bald Mountain are 3 ½ - 4 miles away. There is no A/C.
Located on the second level, you enter into an open concept space with vaulted ceilings, wood floors and natural light from the southwest facing windows and balcony sliders.
Kick back on the leather couch or oversized leather chair with ottoman and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while you watch your favorite show on the large Smart TV with cable provided. Streaming apps are available for you to use with your own account info. Access the balcony from the living area and enjoy the fresh air on one of two chairs (seasonal). The fully equipped and updated Kitchen features new appliances, butcher block counters and all the tools necessary for a home cooked meal. The adjacent Dining Table (seats 2).
At the end of the day head to either the Queen primary bedroom on the main level or head upstairs to the large Loft bedroom with vaulted ceiling, Queen bed and table. The Bathroom features dual sinks and a combination shower/bathtub that serves both bedrooms.
