About this house rental
Come hike, ski, or just relax in our cozy home. 3 bedrooms, 1 office, and 13 acres of gorgeous woods backing up to hundreds of acres of town forest to explore. Bad weather? No problem - board games, books, and a fully equipped kitchen are here for your use. 10 minutes to Cochran's, 20 minutes to Bolton Valley, 40 to Sugarbush, Smuggs, or Stowe. Huntington has amazing hiking trails, swimming holes, and cross-country skiing. We love it here and hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us!
Weapons and Drugs
Absolutely no smoking or vaping. No firearms or illegal drug usage of any kind are permitted on this property. Any suspicious behavior on the part of guests will result in immediate termination of the rental and guests will be asked to vacate.
Property Borders
You are welcome to hike as far back into the forest as you wish, but watch out for Posted signs and be respectful of the neighbors’ property.
Noise
This is a quiet neighborhood with young children, so no parties and please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Unregistered Guests
Visitors during the day are welcome, but unregistered guests overnight will trigger an automatic extra fee and you may be asked to vacate.
