Welcome to Mar+Sol, a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house that comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Located near Gulf State Park, the home offers views of the Gulf right across the street, along with spacious living areas and convenient beach access. This home is perfect for your next coastal getaway.
The main floor features an open layout with thoughtful decor and plenty of room to relax. The living room offers a large sectional sofa, TV, and access to your private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining area with a large table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. A full bathroom with a shower tub combination is also located on this floor for added convenience.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a TV, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower tub combination. The house includes a full-size washer and dryer.
Mar+Sol provides covered parking for up to two vehicles directly underneath the house. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared community pool located at the end of the complex. The beach is just a short walk across the street, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and surf.
