About this house rental
Stay like a local in West Seattle. The Junction Retreat is a bright, single-level home on a quiet residential street in the Alaska Junction, with your first coffee just a short walk from the door and old-growth trails a short drive away.
Sleeps up to 5 guests. Two bedrooms plus a den, with no interior stairs: a king bed in Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a queen sofa bed in the den.
Cook like you live here. The open kitchen has a white island with seating for three, an induction cooktop and a steam oven (no gas range or conventional oven), plus a dishwasher, a stainless fridge, a Nespresso coffee station, and pots, pans and a Dutch oven. Take breakfast in the sunny banquette nook by the sliding door to the deck. An all-in-one washer-dryer off the kitchen makes longer stays easy.
The bathroom has a glass walk-in shower (no bathtub), a heated floor, a smart toilet and a lit vanity mirror.
Soak, read, repeat. Out back, a covered deck under a motorized louvered pergola has a 4-seat Softub and Adirondack chairs. The deck is unfenced, and every guest signs a quick Softub waiver before the first soak. The covered deck also has a propane fire pit, plus a grill for summer dinners.
Bring your pets: up to two dogs, and cats are welcome too, for a $100 pet fee per stay, which covers a deep clean after pets. The cleaning fee is $210 per stay. The private driveway fits two cars, with street parking too, and there's an on-site Tesla (NACS) charger.
Stay 3 nights or more and we'll add a few extras: early check-in or late checkout when the calendar allows, and the Softub warmed up with the fire table ready for your first evening.
