The apartment is located on the owner's property but features a private patio with outdoor furniture and delightful evening sun. The layout is well-planned, offering most amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is an open-plan area connecting the kitchen and living room, and Wi-Fi is included. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV (with Chromecast) and a double sofa bed. The adjacent bedroom features a comfortable double bed and wardrobe storage. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A short walk through the charming neighborhood takes you to the nearest swimming spot. Here, you can truly unwind while also enjoying convenient access to various day trips. The area offers excellent birdwatching opportunities; you are close to both the Trönninge Ängar nature reserve and the Getterön nature reserve, the latter featuring a visitor center (Naturum) and a stunning natural setting. Electric car charging is available by arrangement with the owner on-site. Please also contact the owner regarding the rent of bicycles and a SUP board.
