LINENS, TOWELS & CLEANING
We provide one bath towel, hand towel, and beach towel per guest. Beds include a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket.
The cleaning fee covers professional cleaning and sanitization, laundering of linens and towels, and restocking amenities after departure. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Explore downtown Honolulu’s restaurants, cafés, shops, and historic landmarks, including Chinatown, Iolani Palace, and Honolulu Harbor. Nearby conveniences include 7-Eleven and local dining options.
This is a lively urban neighborhood. Typical street noise and city activity may be audible. Guests sensitive to sound may wish to bring earplugs, while noise-canceling headphones can be helpful for online meetings.
HOUSE RULES
• No smoking indoors or in prohibited areas on or near the premises. Use designated smoking areas only.
• Smoking violations carry a $1,000 fine. Fees and terms are subject to change; please confirm current details with the front desk or building office. Building citations may also be referred to Airbnb.
• No pets.
• After booking confirmation, we may request a copy of valid identification for each arriving guest.
TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Occasional sightings of ants or other small tropical insects can occur, even in well-maintained accommodations.
The building conducts regular pest control, and our team arranges routine preventative treatments within the unit. Your stay may coincide with scheduled service by licensed pest control vendors. We appreciate your cooperation with access for these maintenance visits.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE & POSSIBLE DISRUPTIONS
Building maintenance or operational work may occasionally cause water or power interruptions. These activities are managed by the building and are outside the host’s control. We will share notices promptly when available.
Noise may also arise from maintenance, neighboring units, or downtown activity. Please contact us if you experience a significant disruption so we can assist.
CANCELLATIONS & RESERVATION CHANGES
The cancellation policy displayed in your confirmed reservation governs refund eligibility. For Airbnb reservations booked under the Strict cancellation policy, those terms apply.
