Private dining, cocktails, celebrations, transportation, Signature Experiences, and other personalized services can be arranged separately.

Casa Azul isn’t a traditional vacation rental, and we don’t host it like one.
Your hosts, Sami and Allen, live on-site in a separate private residence tucked discreetly at the rear of the property, completely separate from the hotel and its guest spaces.
When you arrive, your Casa Host will personally welcome you, assist with your luggage, show you around Casa Azul, and help you settle in.
Throughout your stay, we’re here to make things effortless. Fresh towels. Coffee. A room refresh. Dinner reservations. Transportation. Something to eat. Help planning tomorrow. Or something wonderfully specific.
Just ask.
And if you need us after hours, simply call or message—we’re always within reach.

THE DETAILS
A note on getting around: Casa Azul does not offer guest parking. The front of the house is reserved for convenient drop-off and pick-up by rideshares, taxis, and arranged transportation. Most guests find a rental car unnecessary for exploring San Juan, and our team can assist with transportation throughout your stay. If a rental vehicle is essential to your plans, simply mention it during your pre-arrival conversation with your Casa Host, and we’ll help you navigate the best options for your stay.
Casa Azul accommodates up to 12 adults, ages 18 and older, and is offered here exclusively as a private boutique hotel buyout.
Your stay includes six queen bedrooms with private en-suite full bathrooms, an additional lobby powder room, private use of Casa Azul’s guest spaces, pool and courtyard, chef-prepared Signature Breakfast each morning, Casa Host service, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, individually controlled bedroom air conditioning and lighting, in-room refrigeration, robes, pool towels, and our Ritual of Scent & Care bath amenities.
Room refresh, turndown, fresh towels, laundry, and pressing are available upon request.
Because food, beverage, hospitality, and experiences are an integral part of Casa Azul, outside food, beverages, vendors, and independently produced events are not permitted. If you have something special in mind, talk to us. Creating it with you is part of what we do.
