Nestled in the Park Boulevard neighborhood on the border of Youngstown and Boardman this charming house offers a comfortable retreat for guests seeking space and relaxation. With four bedrooms featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and a futon, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Two bathrooms include thoughtful touches like a bidet and a bathtub, making your stay even more pleasant. Guests can enjoy a cozy atmosphere year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this adorable home provides a welcoming setting. Experience the magic of the Youngstown/Boardman area at our home. We have a private fenced backyard and seating on the front porch.
🐾 Your Pet must be included on the reservation with a pet fee. You know your pet best! Please bring
any supplies they need, crate when appropriate, prevent excessive scratching or shedding, and clean
up after them.
Please do not leave pets outside alone in the yard or unattended in the home.
Carpeted rooms are pet-free due to the additional cleaning required.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. They are welcome outside as long as smoke and odors are kept away from the house and all waste is properly disposed of.
🏡 Home Care
Trash is Tuesday morning, so if you're staying over a Monday night, take the trash bin to the curb by the driveway.
If you are staying Tuesday, please return the empty bin to the backyard by the garage.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Make sure your reservation reflects your number of guests.
No unapproved visitors/guests. Contact me before inviting anyone who is not included on the reservation so we know who is on the property.

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we greatly appreciate your help in being
considerate of our neighbors.
● No loud music, parties, excessive noise, events or disruptive activity.
● Parking, noise, and activity must remain appropriate for a residential neighborhood at all times.
This is our home and we take our responsibility to our neighbors seriously. Excessive occupancy,
disruptive noise, or other serious house-rule violations may result in termination without refund.
