Spend mornings with coffee on the front porch, relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or walk down through the backyard to your private shoreline and seasonal private dock. Enjoy the floating water mat, fish from shore, or add a kayak rental and explore Douglas Lake from the water. Our locked Adventure Box adds a little extra fun for families during their stay.



Three outdoor spaces give you different ways to enjoy the setting—from sunrise lake views and hummingbird watching on the front porch to peaceful seating, distant mountain views, and evenings beneath the stars.



Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, twin room with two twin beds, and a full-size sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, cozy reading nook, arcade game, board games, and books make it easy to settle in and enjoy time together.



When you’re ready to explore, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains are an easy drive away.

Please note: Douglas Lake's water levels change seasonally. During fall and winter, the shoreline recedes, and our floating dock may rest on dry land until lake levels rise again.
