Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Discover this cosy and bright rural house of 80 m², situated in a peaceful natural setting just 3 km from Guaro. With capacity for 4 people, private pool and magnificent mountain views, it is a perfect option for couples, families or small groups looking to disconnect and enjoy the essence of inland Málaga. 🌿✨
The property has 3 bedrooms, all of them air-conditioned. The master bedroom features a 150 cm double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms each have a 90 cm single bed. The house also has a spacious interior bathroom with shower tray and a practical exterior toilet next to the pool and barbecue area, especially convenient during outdoor days.
The lounge is bright and welcoming, equipped with Smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning, creating a pleasant space to rest after a day exploring the area. The entire property has air conditioning and heat pump throughout.
🍴 The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. The property also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
☀️ Undoubtedly, one of the great attractions of the accommodation are its outdoor spaces. The property has a terrace of approximately 60 m² and an elevated viewpoint of around 30 m², from which you can enjoy the landscape and savour the tranquillity of the rural setting.
🏊 The private swimming pool, approximately 4.5 x 2.5 metres with a depth between 1.10 and 1.27 metres, is perfect for cooling off during the warmest days. Around it you will find sun loungers, parasol, outdoor furniture and pool towels. There is also an outdoor cold water shower.
