About this apartment rental
Two sides of Miami in one stay. Mornings start on the sand: take the elevator down, step onto the beach and follow the Beachwalk at sunrise. Evenings end on your own west-facing balcony, with an open view over Indian Creek and the sun setting over the water.
THE APARTMENT
Newly furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of 86 m² (925 sq ft) in an oceanfront building on Miami Beach's historic Millionaire's Row. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second a queen: two couples or a family of four each get their own room, with two full bathrooms and no morning lines. A travel crib and an air mattress are available for children.
The living and dining area opens onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer inside the apartment, plus a professional laundry room on every floor of the building, a big plus for long stays. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella included.
THE BUILDING
The Pavilion is a recently renovated oceanfront building. You have an oceanfront pool, gym, 24-hour security and direct beach access, with loungers at no extra cost. Valet parking is included and our team works from the lobby, so someone is always close by if you need anything.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Mid-Beach is Miami Beach at its best: wide golden beaches, turquoise water and the legendary hotels of Millionaire's Row. Walk or bike south along the Beachwalk to the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, home to some of the city's best restaurants and LIV, its most famous nightclub. A little further are the Faena District, South Beach Art Deco, Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road. To the north, the shops of Bal Harbour.
GETTING AROUND
The Beachwalk runs right behind the building: about 8 miles of paved path through the dunes from South Pointe to Surfside, perfect for a morning run or a bike ride to South Beach. There are Citi Bike stations all over Miami Beach. By car, the Julia Tuttle Causeway at 41st Street takes you to Wynwood and the Design District in about 20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes away.
GOOD TO KNOW
The balcony faces west, toward Collins Avenue and Indian Creek, not the ocean; the beach is right behind the building, a minute from the elevator. The Pavilion has its own rules for common areas, the pool and elevators. No parties, events or pets.
