1. This property is not pet-friendly. If unauthorized pets are found on the premises, we will require their immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $400. This may also result in the termination of your stay.
2. Smoking & vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is discovered, the guest agrees to a charge of $200 per day.
3. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Groups exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of $20 per person, per night.
4. For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
5. There is an owner closet, otherwise the entire space is for guests.
6. The grounds keeper makes a bi-weekly visit to check on the pool and upkeep of the property.
