About this house rental
DISCLAIMER ON PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Wells and Bennett Realtors (Property Manager) requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking (this is separate from the VRBO Service Fee that is also charged immediately) and the remainder is due sixty days prior to check-in. We also require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. There are two options to satisfy this requirement. You can purchase a policy through us and it costs an additional $55 total. The alternative option is that you can opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. If you opt in for the security deposit, we will hold that on your card on file two weeks prior to check-in and then will return it as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding.

These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. We require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. This costs an additional $55. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st

We visit Tahoe annually and enjoy staying in this area. Easy to get to beach and beautiful view front deck.

The location and amenities for this property are great. However, although an nice unit, it could use some serious maintenance. I would not have expected broken umbrellas on the deck (which was not even swept). Chair cushions would be welcomed. The grill was nice, but there were no tools for cleaning, as recommended. Dishes and pans in the lower cupboards were not quite clean and in complete disarray. Furniture is comfortable but a few of the throw pillows are past their 'sell by' date. Again, for the price point maintenance and attention to detail should be at the forefront. Our family had a wonderful time and I would rent again, hopefully
with some issues managed.

Upon arriving, we were immediately drawn to the lakefront views of beautiful Lake Tahoe! This well-appointed four bedroom / 3 bath condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Each bedroom is tastefully done and the beds are extremely comfortable. The master bedroom suite is huge with full views of the lake and beach below. The 42" flat screen TV and the separate seating area were an added bonus. The living room area has plenty of seating and magnificent views from the large picture windows. We enjoyed BBQing outside on the large deck, equipped with 2 loungers and a table for 8. Perfect! We will definitely be returning to this condo for another visit. It's a perfect year round destination with close proximity to nearby shops and restaurants in Tahoe City, as well as, local ski resorts ( Northstar, Squaw Valley, etc.) This is a winner.

This property is perfectly located. You can’t beat the views and we it’s priced to reflected that.
But, the condition of the property was average at best. It’s showing it’s age and not being kept up well. The walls were dirty with food stuff in the kitchen, the outdoor lounge chair cushions were dirty as well. The light switches in the bedrooms weren’t connected to a lamp so you had to fumble in the dark to reach a bedside lamp. This seems like a easy issue to resolve. There was soap, but no shampoo or conditioner in any of the bathrooms and the soap dispenser in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work. It just lacked proper attention to the little things and they added up to a bit of frustration.
