Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire guesthouse, including the private living accommodations, garage, and patio.
Self-check-in is available through a convenient smart lock, allowing a smooth and flexible arrival.
The guesthouse is located on the same estate as our separate four-bedroom main residence.
Important: The main residence is not included in your reservation, and access to its interior spaces, game room, bar, movie theater, and other main-house amenities is prohibited unless both accommodations have been reserved together with management’s approval.
The grounds, ponds, and designated walking paths may be shared when the main residence is occupied.
For larger groups, the guesthouse may also be reserved together with the main residence, subject to availability.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval!
A signed Pet Agreement and applicable pet fee are required before arrival, except where otherwise required by law for assistance animals.
Please keep pets supervised and under control, respect the surrounding wildlife, and properly dispose of pet waste.

Natural Water Features: The ponds, creek, and wooded areas are natural features with inherent hazards. Swimming and other water activities are not included without express authorization. Access onto frozen ponds is strictly prohibited during winter or icy conditions.
Wildlife: Black bears and other wildlife may be present. Never leave food, garbage, or pet food outdoors or inside vehicles. Keep exterior doors and windows secured when unattended.
Stairs: The primary living and sleeping areas are located upstairs. A mudroom is located on the ground level.
Security: Exterior security cameras are installed on the property for safety and security. Camera locations and coverage are disclosed in the property information.
Checkout: 10:00 AM.
