For the safety of our guests, property, and to comply with local requirements, the primary guest must complete a quick verification before arrival. This includes uploading a valid government-issued ID, confirming contact information, signing the rental agreement, and, when required, completing a standard background screening. Your information is used solely for verification and is kept secure and confidential.
Please complete verification within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations that remain unverified may be canceled. For added security, hallway surveillance cameras are in place, and a Minut device inside the unit monitors noise levels without recording conversations.
Damage Protection
A $69 Damage Protection Fee is required for every reservation and provides coverage for up to $150 in accidental property damage.
Garage Parking
Garage parking is available upon request:
1–7 nights: $30 per night
8+ nights: Flat rate of $150
Vehicle registration is required every 24 hours to prevent towing. Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted, and oversized trucks are not allowed in the garage.
Valet Trash Service
To help maintain the community, our team will briefly access the garage during the following times:
Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Trash bins are placed at the curb.
Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Trash bins are returned to the garage.
Our team will knock three times before entering. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
