Escape to a home that truly has it all. Welcome to our spacious 2,000 sq. ft. ranch-style retreat, designed for families, groups, and friends who want more than just a place to sleep—we offer an experience. Whether you’re looking to soak up the sun by the heated pool, challenge your friends to a game of air hockey, or unwind in the infrared sauna, this home is packed with amenities inside and out.
Outdoor Oasis
Step outside into your private backyard paradise. With ample space in the front yard, there’s room for everyone to spread out, play catch, or tailgate in the driveway (which fits up to 4 cars plus additional off-street parking).
-Heated Pool (in season): Perfect for cooling off during the day. We provide pool noodles, inflatables, and plenty of lounge chairs so you can soak up the rays in comfort.
-Evening Vibes: As the sun sets, move to the secluded hot tub equipped with stereo speakers and colorful LED lights for a spa-like evening. Towels are provided in the nearby sunroom for your convenience.
-Dining & Relaxation: Cook up a feast on the provided grill and dine al fresco at the picnic table under the umbrella. For a quieter moment, retreat to the comfortable seating area beneath the large gazebo.
-Campfire Nights: End your night around the crackling campfire, enjoying the warmth and the sunset views.
Basement Entertainment Center
The heart of the fun is downstairs. This dedicated entertainment zone ensures no one gets bored:
Movie Room: Sink into the large couch or beanbag chairs while watching the 75” TV. Pop some popcorn on the maker and enjoy dimmable lighting and a fun neon sign.
-Game Room: A true gamer’s dream featuring a 3-in-1 table (Air Hockey, Foosball, Table Tennis) and two classic arcade cabinets (Pac-Man and NBA Basketball).
-Wellness Room: Stay active or relax in the infrared sauna. We also provide an exercise bike, yoga mat, dumbbells, and a large mirror for your workouts.
-Garage Hangout: Open the garage door to create a seamless indoor-outdoor party space. Enjoy ping pong, watch the 75” TV, grab a drink from the built-in minifridge, and relax in lawn-chair style seating.
