This spacious single-family home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom, offering plenty of room to spread out and unwind.
Inside, you`ll discover vibrant artwork, beautiful hardwood flooring, soaring ceilings, and thoughtfully furnished gathering spaces. The home features a full kitchen, comfortable living areas, and inviting bedrooms designed for relaxation after a day exploring the city.

The home offers a residential setting with convenient access to many of the experiences that make New Orleans unforgettable.

•Guests have access to a private driveway, making it convenient to explore New Orleans with a vehicle.
•Rideshare services are also available throughout the city, and many popular destinations can be reached by a short drive.
•The French Quarter and other nearby attractions can also be explored on foot, depending on your destination, preferred route, and comfort with walking.

•Gaining Access: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-ins before 11:30 am would require booking the previous night at a discounted rate. Contact the host for details
•Parking: Private driveway parking is available for guests during their stay. Please park only in the designated driveway area.
•Property Access: This is a private, single-family home. Guests have exclusive use of the entire residence.
•Mobility: Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant. The home has an interior staircase connecting its levels. Guests with mobility considerations should review the layout before booking.
•Neighborhood: The property is located in a residential New Orleans neighborhood. As with any urban destination, occasional street noise may be experienced.
•Guests are required to electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. Please review the house rules before confirming your stay.
•Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
House Rules: 1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws are not broken.
2. The booking guest must send a copy of a government issued ID upon booking.
3. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.
4. If you would like early check-in or late checkout, please inquire the day before your stay, and we will let you know if it is possible. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am. If the space is still occupied after this time without a prearranged late checkout, our team will need to enter the property to assist with removing your belongings. If you are not at the property, our our team will gather your items and store them at our office and there will be a $200 fee to retrieve them.
5. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
6. Due to local regulations and Airbnb policy prohibiting parties, `Locals` will be required to pay a $250 refundable deposit for their stay. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 50 miles of New Orleans.
7. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure.
8. For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you.
9. There is a $750 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. Certificates of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted.
