Unit A is on the ground floor in the beachhouse next to the pool with drive up free parking. Newly Renovated, stainless kitchen, 2 bed/1 bath, living room with pull out sofa, sleeps 6, pool, sundeck, 100 feet to beach and ocean. New Park with 200-yard Jetty & numerous restaurants within 2 blocks, Navy Seals Museum, Smithsonian Museum, & Sunrise Theatre.
CHECK-IN: The Royal Inn next door manages the beachhouse. Go to the front desk, show your ID and they will give you the key. Front desk open 7AM-11PM; after 11PM use the phone number posted on the hotel front door. Extra towels, cleaning services etc. provided by the hotel. Wifi network: Royal Inn, password: Royalinn222. Check-in 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM; checkout 11:00 AM.
HOUSE RULES: 6 guests maximum. Pets allowed ($50/day per pet up to $250; $250 penalty for undisclosed pets; dogs must stay off furniture; no shedding dogs). Quiet hours 11 PM - 7 AM. No parties or events ($1000 violation fee). No smoking ($500 smoke fee; if smoking outside, fully close the sliding door). Commercial photography allowed. Please remove shoes at entry and keep unwrapped food in the fridge. At checkout: turn things off, return keys, lock up.
