Enjoy a spacious private main-home stay in a quiet Hueytown neighborhood, convenient to Bessemer, UAB Medical West, Hoover, and downtown Birmingham. The home features a large gas kitchen with island, open dining area, roomy living room, screened porch, laundry, dishwasher, multiple TVs, and a fenced backyard. A good fit for families, work trips, relocations, househunting, and medium-term stays.
You have private access to the entire main home, including the front entrance, big kitchen, living room, laundry area, screened porch, and fenced backyard. The separate attached in-law suite has its own side entrance through the left side gate and is occupied by a quiet long-term resident. There are no shared indoor spaces. The resident may only pass through the side gate to access the suite.
Self check-in is provided. I give guests privacy during their stay, but I'm available through Vrbo messaging if questions or issues come up. For the fastest response, please message me through the Vrbo app. The attached in-law suite is privately occupied by a quiet long-term resident, but they are not responsible for hosting or guest support.
