About this house rental
The vacation home is under a long-term lease through the first quarter of 2027 and will then be renovated to include two new bedrooms on the upper floor. Therefore, it will not be available for vacation rentals until that time.
This modern and luxuriously furnished single-family home has everything you could want.
From a separate, spacious sauna for up to 8 people and a jacuzzi on the terrace—with water temperatures up to 38 degrees—to a whirlpool tub in the upstairs bathroom and luxurious amenities throughout the house.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a large shower, 1 guest restroom, and a kitchen equipped with high-quality built-in appliances such as a steam oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, chest freezer, and oven. The kitchen also features a De’Longhi EN 85 coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
Upon request, we will provide a high chair and a travel crib free of charge.
The vacation home has a separate driveway with an entrance and is available for your exclusive use. The intercom and access control system can be operated via two displays on the first floor and upper floor.
Outside, the exclusive amenities are complemented by a large sauna, two terraces, 1 garden shed, 1 hot tub, 1 carport with 1 parking space, and an additional parking space in the driveway. If the parking spaces are not sufficient, they can be expanded to include 2 additional spaces. Please contact your host to arrange this.
The 8 sleeping accommodations are distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Large double bed with a large closet
Bedroom 2 – Double bed and open shelving
Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds and open shelving
Living room – Electric sleeper sofa with 2 sleeping surfaces
The sauna can accommodate up to 8 people. The seating and lounging area has two levels and an automatic steam release feature at the push of a button. The entryway features a large walk-in shower, and the passageway to the terrace is directly adjacent. Here you’ll find a 4-person hot tub and several lounging areas on two levels.
There is a TV with satellite connection in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the TVs come pre-programmed with all the usual streaming services.
The vacation home is equipped with a modern locking system. The lock cylinder can be opened with a code generated specifically for your stay.
The garden area consists of two levels, featuring a large covered patio directly off the patio door in front of the living room. Here, you’ll find a large table for 8 people for pleasant and relaxing times, as well as a small table for conversations for two. On the upper terrace level, there is a swing and a covered area by the garden shed, which also features a large seating area.
The lawn also invites you to play or relax.
The Kesselsdorf vacation home is located in the quiet village center and is just a 5-minute drive from the Dresden city limits. It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Dresden. Various bus routes serve the surrounding area.
You’ll find various brochures and maps in the vacation home detailing local attractions and the surrounding area.

3-minute walk – bakery, savings bank, pharmacy, hair salon, Greek restaurant (reservations always required), dentist (the most modern dental practice in the area)
