Before your arrival, we’ll send you a link to register online all adults (ages 16 and older) who will be staying at the property. This registration is mandatory.
As for its location, this luxury apartment is strategically situated across from Estepona Golf and just a 15-minute drive from the towns of Estepona and Manilva. Easy access to the AP-7 highway ensures a quick and comfortable trip to the main cities of the Costa del Sol. The tranquility of the area provides the perfect setting to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends, making this apartment the ideal destination for a life of luxury and comfort.
It is highly recommended to have a car for getting around outside the development.
To protect the property against unauthorized entry, an alarm system has been installed on the property. The devices installed are motion detectors that are activated when an alarm is triggered—that is, when the alarm is armed and there is an intrusion onto the property. The devices are installed near the property’s access points (front gate, doors leading to the property’s outdoor areas). Guests may use the alarm system during their stay, but it is not mandatory.
– Out of respect for the neighbors, please do not make loud noises between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
– Please respect the community rules.
– For late arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a €50 surcharge in cash will be required.
– For late arrivals after 11:00 p.m., a surcharge of €100 in cash will be required.
– Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of €150 plus €50 for each additional hour of delay. This penalty will be deducted from the security deposit.
