Nestled in the Appalachian Rainforest of Maggie Valley, NC, this fairytale-like cottage is surrounded by the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains. Its peaceful garden, flowing stream, large private pond, and treehouse create an enchanting setting. Gather by the fire pit, kick back in the hammock, or soak in the 6-person hot tub after a day of exploring.

The property is perfectly positioned for any mountain getaway—just 2 minutes from a stunning public golf course and 5 minutes from downtown Maggie Valley. Enjoy easy 10-minute drives to Lake Junaluska or Cataloochee Ski Area. In 15 minutes you’ll reach the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, or take a scenic 30-minute drive to explore the iconic Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

• Upstairs, a private king bedroom and cozy loft create a peaceful retreat. The loft includes a twin trundle bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the beautiful private pond, where fish and other wildlife are abundant.
• The middle level is the heart of the cottage, with an open kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room centered around a wood-burning stove. There’s a full bathroom and well appointed bedroom on this level that opens up to the the surrounding decks, where you can enjoy the mountain air, grill a meal, or soak in the relaxing 6-person hot tub.
• The downstairs level adds another entire living space, with a queen bedroom, full bathroom, comfortable sitting area, and second living room that’s complete with games and a pool/ping-pong table. It opens directly onto the driveway and provides easy access from the parking area. The laundry area is also on this level for your convenience.
• But the real treasure is outside. The Koi Cottage sits within a private garden filled with winding paths, mature landscaping, quiet places to sit, and a peaceful stream flowing through the property.
