About this house rental
Our cottage is part of the new "Uptown Cottages" community, placing you right in the heart of Long Beach — walkable to the boardwalk, downtown shops and restaurants, and the beach. Built in 2025, it's bright, modern, and set up to make beach days easy for families, couples, and dogs alike.
Kitchen & Dining
A modern kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating for casual meals. Fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils so you can cook a full meal from scratch. The dining table doubles as extra workspace if needed.
Living Room
A comfortable living area with a wall-mounted smart TV, a sofa that converts to a sofa bed (sleeps 1–2 more guests), and a ceiling fan to keep things cool on warm summer evenings.
Bedroom 1
Queen bed in a calm, simply furnished room.
Bedroom 2
Queen bed, matching the clean, modern feel of the rest of the home.
Sleeps 6 total across 3 beds — 2 queens plus the living room sofa bed.
Bathrooms
1.5 baths.
Outdoor Space
A fenced backyard gives dogs room to roam safely off-leash, plus a dedicated pet station stocked with treats and supplies. We also provide beach chairs for your shore days — just grab and go.
Parking & EV
Free on-site parking. There's an EV plug-in available, though we don't currently provide a charger — bring your own if needed.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, fenced yard, and pet station throughout their stay.
We have an EV plug-in but not a charger.
