The accommodation is located on the ground floor, with a direct entrance from the street, and consists in a common area for breakfast and 3 rooms. Clean room and bathroom good enough equipped with all the essentials, despite the relatively small space. Easy Parking on the street in front of the building (in October), and self-service breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and some packaged biscuits
and others.
Effective communication with the host Claudia, easy self check-in.
Excelent value for money.
At least my room, Smeraldo, doesn't have an exterior window; the window looks out into the common area.
There are plenty of cups for coffee/tea, but I couldn't find even one glass for water or wine, which would have been useful. This is just a suggestion for the host; the value for money was very good, and I would stay here again.
