Wooded Wonder by AvantStay | Game Room + Covered Decks + Fire Pit • Near Lake Arrowhead

Wooded Wonder gives a group plenty of room to spread out without losing the cozy mountain feel that makes Lake Arrowhead worth the drive. Surrounded by tall pines and set across nearly 4,000 square feet, this 4-bedroom retreat pairs multiple gathering spaces, game-room fun, and wide covered decks with a setting that feels tucked into the trees. Inside, the home is built for groups who want more than one place to land. The main living room centers around leather seating and a gas fireplace stove, creating a comfortable place to gather after a day in the mountains. The kitchen and dining area keep the group connected with generous granite counters, bar seating, full-size appliances, and plenty of prep space for breakfasts before heading out or dinners back home. When the mood shifts, the game room adds a full-size pool table and extra seating for a little friendly competition, while a separate TV lounge gives everyone another place to settle in for movie nights or slower evenings. In-home laundry adds an easy practical touch for longer stays. Four bedrooms make the sleeping setup especially comfortable for families and larger groups. Three bedrooms each feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms, giving couples their own space to recharge. The fourth bedroom is designed for the younger crowd or a larger family setup, with two twin-over-queen bunk beds and an additional trundle bed. Two half baths add extra convenience when everyone is gathered in the shared spaces. Outside, the decks extend the home. Settle into the covered lounge with coffee while the trees move around you, gather around the fire pit as the sky changes, or bring dinner outside and fire up the grill beneath the pines. Multiple levels give the group room to spread out, so one part of the crew can linger over dinner while someone else finds a quieter corner with a book or drink. With the home rising through the hillside and forest surrounding nearly every view, the outdoor spaces keep the mountain setting close without asking you to go anywhere. When you do head out, Lake Arrowhead gives the trip plenty of direction. Spend an afternoon around Lake Arrowhead Village for waterfront dining, shops, and lake views, or make a family day of SkyPark at Santa’s Village, where trails, attractions, and seasonal events keep both kids and adults busy. The surrounding San Bernardino National Forest opens up even more hiking and scenic mountain drives, while winter brings a completely different pace when snow settles into the trees. Whether the plan is family time, game nights, mountain exploring, or long evenings on the deck, Wooded Wonder gives the group a roomy home base in the middle of it all.
