A very bright, spacious, and comfortable home on the Antonio Banderas Boardwalk, in the Huelin neighborhood, just 200 meters from the beach. It faces a beautiful park in a quiet and very well-located area, near the Huelin Market—famous for its fresh fish—as well as beach bars and restaurants.
The home features two bedrooms, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a large bathroom, a kitchen-dining area, and a large private backyard. Private parking available 50 meters away.
The home is designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace with plenty of space:
• 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with closets
• 1 large full bathroom with a bathtub; very spacious (wheelchair accessible, though not adapted)
• Cozy living room with a TV and a sofa bed
• Spacious and fully equipped kitchen-dining area, ideal for sharing meals and enjoying longer stays
• Large private backyard, perfect for breakfast in the sun, family lunches, or quiet dinners
The living room is one of the apartment’s most special spaces. It stands out for its English-style wooden bookshelves, filled with books for every taste. Many guests have left their books here for others to enjoy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and feeling at home.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, where you can enjoy the birdsong from the birds perched in the trees of the park right across the street. A relaxed and pleasant setting, ideal for unwinding.
Even so, in just a 3-minute walk you’ll reach the shopping district and major transportation hubs, with bus and subway stops very close by. In the surrounding area, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, beach bars, and even well-known chains like McDonald’s.
The beach is right across from the park, about 100 meters away as the crow flies. The boardwalk features a bike lane and is lined with entertainment venues to suit every taste. In addition, the promenade itself is home to one of the nicest playgrounds in Málaga city, perfect if you’re traveling with children.
Before arrival, you’ll receive a link to complete the mandatory guest registration required in Spain. All occupants must complete it.
Parties and access by unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
In the event of lost keys or the need for a locksmith due to misuse, the guest will be responsible for the costs.
We will be available at all times to answer any questions or address any needs you may have during your stay.
The reservation is made exclusively for the people listed. If you expect to have visitors during your stay, you must notify the property in advance, as an additional fee may apply depending on the duration of the visit, to be paid through Airbnb.
