About this house rental
Some homes have a view. The Helm was built around it. A three-story glass wall opens onto Dyes Inlet, a fireplace climbs to the rafters, and a catwalk leads to two glass lookouts suspended over the water. Downstairs, a private sauna.
The Helm is the flagship of Black Pearl, a waterfront compound spanning nearly 2 acres on the Kitsap Peninsula. It’s built for a family that wants it grand, or a gathering of up to 14.
THE HOME
Three floors, 3,800 sq ft, six bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, all yours. No part of the home is ever rented to another party during your stay.

A hidden bunk room with twin bunks
A lower-level suite over the water with a king bedroom, private bath, TV room with pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and private sauna
Inside you’ll also find a sunken living room, full kitchen, great room, and washer/dryer.
RESORT AMENITIES, INCLUDED
Gravel beach, swimming dock, kayaks and paddleboards with life vests, beachside firepit, BBQ grill, mature gardens and patios, waterfront lookout points, pickleball court, and clamming beach (Washington shellfish license required). These are shared with guests of our other Collection homes.
Bald eagles overhead are a daily sight, and on rare, magical occasions, orcas pass through the inlet just below. Silverdale and Bremerton are a short drive for dining, shopping, and ferries to Seattle.
WANT EVEN MORE ROOM?
The Loft, a garden-view retreat above the detached garage, can be added when available. The Perch, a modern glass treehouse in the canopy above, opens November 2026. Message us to coordinate the full compound for up to 22 guests.

Spiral staircase, sunken living room, and steep beach stairs, so the home isn’t well suited to guests with limited mobility. No pets. Self check-in by keypad.
