Perfect for couples, families, business travelers, and long stays, the apartment features 2 queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, air conditioning, and 1 assigned private parking space.
Casa Magnolia is centrally located with easy access to Puerto Rico`s top attractions. Approximate driving times: SJU Airport (10–15 min), Ocean Park Beach (8–10 min), Condado (10 min), Isla Verde (12 min), Old San Juan (15 min), Plaza Las Américas (8 min), and Distrito T-Mobile (12 min). Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers, and major highways are all nearby.
Important Information:
• One assigned parking space only. Additional vehicles must park legally outside the property.
• Wi-Fi is not currently available (installation coming soon).
• Coin-operated laundry is coming soon.
• The property does not have a backup generator or water cistern. Utility outages from LUMA Energy or AAA are beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed against.
Nearby favorites include Kasalta Bakery, Bebo`s Café, Acapulco Taquería, La Cueva del Mar, and Pirilo Pizza. Popular attractions include Old San Juan, El Morro, Ocean Park Beach, Isla Verde Beach, Escambrón Beach, Luquillo Beach, Plaza Las Américas, Distrito T-Mobile, and boat trips to Icacos or Palomino.
