Relax in the lounge, gather around the dining table or enjoy a coffee at the kitchen breakfast bar. The private paved courtyard has outdoor seating.
EVERYDAY COMFORTS
The kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, with cookware and tableware for meals at home. Wi-Fi, a workspace, air conditioning, a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are provided. Bed linen and towels are included.
PARKING
Free on-site parking is available, with guest access to the garage.
We recommend stopping by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk, specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.

+ Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.

Please note: we provide one set of key per guest group per stay. We provide one set of towels per person per stay.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.

This is a residential home: no parties or events, no pets, and no smoking indoors. Please remove shoes inside and keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
We welcome insurance, relocation, and medium- to long-term accommodation bookings. Our homes are fully furnished and fully equipped, and the whole setup is designed for comfortable long-term living. We are flexible and happy to tailor the property setup to your needs, including rearranging or removing furniture where possible.
