You`ll have private access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and designated outdoor space.

The apartment has its own private entrance, and a designated parking space is provided for your unit.

Check-in is fully self-guided. Your door code and detailed check-in instructions will be sent on the day of check-in, so there`s no need to coordinate an arrival time.

There are other units on the property, so we ask that guests respect the privacy of neighboring occupants and use only the areas designated for this apartment.

1. Registered guests and visitors: Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight, and occupancy must not exceed the maximum stated in the listing. Please obtain our approval before inviting any visitors onto the property. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

2. Respect the other units: Unit B is one of three separate residences on the property. Your apartment, including its bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and in-unit laundry, is for your exclusive use. Do not enter another unit or any area assigned to its occupants. Please respect their privacy and keep shared access routes clear.

3. Parking: Park only in the space assigned to your unit. Do not use another unit’s space or block driveways, walkways, entrances, or neighboring properties.

4. Noise and quiet hours: Please keep noise at a considerate level throughout your stay. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. During quiet hours, keep music, television, conversations, and outdoor noise low enough to avoid disturbing the other units or neighbors.

5. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment. Please follow any posted rules for outdoor areas, dispose of smoking materials safely, and never leave cigarette butts on the ground or in planters.

6. Care of the apartment: Please use the furniture, appliances, and kitchen equipment responsibly. Wash used dishes, clean up spills promptly, and place trash in the designated bins. Outdoor furniture should remain in its designated area. Report accidental damage as soon as it happens so we can help resolve it.

7. Plumbing: Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, or other items, even if labeled “flushable.” Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down the drains. Please notify us promptly if a toilet or drain is slow or clogged.

8. Maintenance and safety: Notify us promptly about leaks, appliance problems, maintenance concerns, or anything that may affect safety. Do not disable or tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, the smart lock, or other safety equipment. Keep your entry code private and share it only with registered guests.

9. Extended absences: If you plan to be away from the apartment for an extended period during your stay, please let us know in advance. Before leaving, close and lock all doors and windows, turn off lights and cooking appliances, and make sure the washer and dryer are not running. Leave the refrigerator powered on.

10. No illegal activity: Illegal activities are not permitted anywhere on the property.

11. Checkout: Checkout is by 10am. Additional time requires advance approval. Before leaving, remove your belongings and food, wash used dishes, place trash in the designated bins, and turn off lights and cooking appliances. Leave the refrigerator powered on. Close and lock all windows and exterior doors, and confirm that the smart lock is secured when you leave. No physical key return is required.
