As you enter the property, you’ll find the first double bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. This bright an airy room is beautifully presented with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe for storage and a dedicated desk area, making it an excellent space for remote working.
Moving through the house, you’ll discover the inviting living room, the perfect place to gather after a day exploring North Wales. With two comfortable sofas, switch on the smart TV and enjoy a cosy evening together, whether you’re watching a film, catching up with friends or planning the next day’s adventures.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family meal. Offering generous worktop space, plenty of cupboards, a fridge freezer, oven, hob and all the essential cookware, it has been thoughtfully designed for both short and extended stays. The breakfast bar with stools provides a relaxed spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while chatting with family and friends.
Just off the kitchen you'll find a useful utility area with an additional downstairs WC, adding extra convenience for larger groups. From here you can also access the enclosed rear garden, providing a lovely outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air during your stay.
Upstairs are three further spacious double bedrooms, each tastefully decorated to create a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Every bedroom benefit from ample storage, comfortable beds and tasteful décor.
There is also a modern family bathroom featuring a shower, wash basin and WC.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
