About this house rental
Spacious, modern home with soaring tall ceilings throughout, flooding the entire place with open air and light. The huge living room is the heart of it all, anchored by a massive 3-recliner sectional sofa complete with built-in phone chargers and cup holders, facing a crisp 60-inch TV.
Just off to one side sits a bright bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, generous lighting, blackout curtains for total darkness when you want it, a solid dresser, and its own TV.
Next to it is the kids retreat bedroom with sturdy bunk bed setup. Full mattress on the bottom and twin on top, Misc toys in soft close bunkbed drawers, large dresser, TV and a PS5 ready for action.
On the opposite side of the house, the large master bedroom delivers: an ALASKAN King bed (109 x 96), a Queen pull-out sofa for extra flexibility, a huge dresser, and a Wi-Fi-enabled TV. Plenty of room to roam with all of that.
Nearby, the laundry room features front-loading washer and dryer plus a dedicated cabinet stocked with games, books, and cookbooks. This includes a few laundry pods and dryer sheets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage. Every appliance is brand-new and ready to work. Microwave and oven both have airfry option. Keurig. Dish soap and sponge included. Icemaker and filtered water on fridge.
Spacious dining room seats 6–7 under plenty of lighting for easy meals and conversation. Water dispenser stands ready with a 5 gallon jug of filtered water. Surrounded by beautiful real houseplants while a large window floods the space with natural light keeping the whole room feeling open.

Step outside and you’ve got a huge fully fenced backyard. The garage itself has both air conditioning and heating and it houses a full-size POOL TABLE.
The neighborhood is friendly, the property backs right up to the fairgrounds, and you’re minutes from the golf course, college, and baseball park. We included an 18 hole round (for 1) and a golf cart rental gift certificate at Woodland Hills Golf Course. Course is located a half mile from home.
