Welcome home! Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Timonium, this 2 bedroom property offers a blend of suburban serenity & urban convenience. Step inside to a bright, open floor plan featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful deck overlooking the spacious yard. The Grove is located just minutes from I-83 and York Road, giving you access to Hunt Valley, Towson, and downtown Baltimore.
The Space:
As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious living room featuring a cozy fireplace and a large TV setup. The living room has a sofa that pulls our into a full size sleeping area (sleeps 1 adult). To the left sits a formal dining area that flows seamlessly into a full-service kitchen. To the right, a bright sunroom pulls double duty as a home gym and productive workspace with a standing desk. Up the stairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2 adults) and includes the crib and changing table for infants. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed (sleeps 2 adults). The finished lower level expands your living space with a dedicated TV den with a futon that folds out into a full size sleeping area (sleeps 1 adult) and a separate laundry area. Outside, a beautiful patio overlooks a generous, spacious backyard perfect for entertaining.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage that is used for private storage and is locked.

It features quiet, winding streets, mature wooded lots, and a distinct village feel
the historic, tree-lined village of Lutherville to the south, and the bustling, retail-heavy hub of Timonium to the north. Together, they form one of the premier residential corridors in the Baltimore
Getting Around:
It sits right in the crook of the I-83 and I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) interchange, making commutes into downtown Baltimore or north toward Hunt Valley incredibly efficient.
Transit: The MTA Light RailLink cuts straight through the community with dedicated stops at Lutherville and the Fairgrounds, offering a direct, car-free line straight down to Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, and BWI Airport
Other Things to Note:
Additional Guest Fee: An extra guest fee of $25 per guest will apply for guests beyond the 6 occupancy. This fee helps cover additional costs associated with increased occupancy, including water, electricity, laundry, and other utilities.
We do require a separate pre-arrival checkin form that includes our rental agreement to be signed on our own platform after booking and before arrival. This ensures we are in compliance with local laws and our insurance requirements.

We prefer communication through the app, as we will not be available in person for general inquiries. However, for property emergencies and necessary repairs, please call us immediately. We will be available in person to address these urgent issues.
