About this cottage rental
Welcome to our newly built 4 season cottage on Muskrat Lake!
This rustic retreat sleeps six and features: 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 loft bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a modern kitchen, cozy living area and ample outdoor space.
Walk in the front door and you’ll be greeted by charming log walls, antique decor, and loads of natural light.
Both the primary and secondary bedroom are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has been carefully decorated and boasts a comfortable queen bed.
The bathroom is also located on the first floor and includes a combo bath/shower, large vanity and a washer and dryer.
Upon entering the living space, you’ll be captivated by a fantastic view of the lake (the sunsets are unbelievable). An electric fireplace and sizeable TV adorn the wall.
The open concept kitchen is complete with induction stove, dishwasher, Keurig, quartz countertops and basic kitchen items such as pots and pans and cutlery. A wine fridge and bar area can be found in the hallway. There is a window front table and kitchen island to enjoy meals.
The upstairs loft hosts a king bed, a desk and chair, a chaise and an armoire.
The cottage is located on a level lot directly on Muskrat Lake, so guests have easy access to the water. The property includes a dock and two small kayaks. Guests can cozy up around a campfire with the lake front fire pit (fire ban permitting, wood included) and prepare a meal on the BBQ (propane included).
The property has ample parking, Starlink WiFi and is minutes from downtown Cobden and various walking trails.
