This property has a main house (4/2) and a detached garage with an upstairs apartment (one bedroom queen/full bath/and full kitchen). The price of the listing reflects the main house and all its amenities. The apartment can be added for a fee of $50/night with a flat addition cleaning fee of $50.

The lake is called Half Moon and has pretty amazing bird action going on. Also our fantastic neighbors love to fish the lake and they quite often come back with a fun trophy picture (but normally do a catch and release so they can enjoy the whole fishing process again). We have some water crafts that we keep on property for our guests to use at no cost (see pictures). There is also a fire pit for storytelling and s’more making and a bench swing in the yard for enjoying the incredible sunsets that we are blessed with.
We are in the process of turning the garage into a game room and at the moment we have a ping-pong table, a stand up shuffleboard and a corn hole game. More to come with that!
This being our third Airbnb, we are excited to keep adding more amenities and features. We love being hosts and look forward to hosting your group.
