The villa is arranged over a lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor, all connected by internal stairs. The outdoor area features a landscaped garden with olive trees, a wooden terrace, and a heated infinity pool of 25 m² with massage jets. The pool area includes deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a seating area, as well as a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a dining table for ten people.
The ground floor is accessed directly from the terrace and includes an open-plan living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining area, one double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower bathroom, and a guest toilet. The first floor contains three bedrooms, two with en-suite walk-in shower bathrooms and one with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub. This level also offers an additional living room with a kitchen and direct access to a terrace with panoramic sea views.
