This entire home sleeps six across three bedrooms, with one king bed, one double bed and one queen bed, plus two bathrooms. The front living room and dining/lounge area provide space to unwind together.
EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Enjoy split-system heating and cooling, Wi-Fi and two TVs. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster and kettle. A washing machine with automatic detergent dosing and a separate dryer make longer stays convenient. See the house manual for appliance instructions and the rubbish collection calendar.
PARKING
No dedicated parking is provided, and the garage is private. Please use street parking where permitted and check signs and restrictions.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout is by 10 am. No parties or events, no pets, and no smoking indoors. Please remove shoes indoors and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
The gas fireplace, old ducted heating and dining-room ceiling fan must not be used. The flip clock is decorative only. Please use the split-system air conditioners.
Early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability.
Please follow the house manual for appliance care and Tuesday rubbish collection.
