OFI-10 - Fully equipped vacation home (high season):
This cozy 3-bedroom vacation home is located in the top row of the vacation village and offers space for up to four people in approximately 48 m² of living space. If the additional sleeping berth under the roof is used, the cottage can accommodate up to five people. The vacation home is fully furnished and features extensive amenities, solid wood furniture, and a pleasant living atmosphere. A modern gas boiler provides cozy warmth via central heating, even on cooler days. In the living area, you’ll find a high-quality and comfortable seating set from Himolla. A floor lamp and reading lamp add to the cozy ambiance. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV with cable, a compact stereo system, and a PlayStation 3 that also plays DVDs and Blu-rays. A bookcase and glass cabinet round out the furnishings. The living area features easy-to-maintain laminate flooring. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. The window can be darkened with a roller shade. The second bedroom contains a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm and a spacious loft bed with a sleeping surface of 115 x 230 cm. Here, too, a roller shade provides pleasant darkness. Another LCD TV with cable is also available in this room. Additionally, there is a sleeping loft under the roof—accessible via a ladder—with a single bed that can be used as an extra sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and a microwave. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, toaster, egg cooker, and other practical kitchen gadgets are available. The cozy dining area is integrated directly into the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink and offers plenty of practical storage space. A stool, travel hair dryer, and first-aid kit are also included. A special highlight is the approximately 18 m² terrace, which is partially covered. It is furnished with a table and chairs, a parasol, two lounge chairs, and additional garden loungers, offering plenty of space for relaxing outdoors. In the separate storage room, you’ll also find a travel crib and a high chair, as well as an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and clothes rack. For winter vacations, there’s even a sled available. Especially convenient: your parking space is right next to the house. Pets are also welcome.
