Welcome to this charming, character filled cottage in the heart of Warriewood Beach perfectly positioned to enjoy Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches.
This comfortable 3-bedroom home offers a relaxed coastal stay with plenty of space for families, couples or friends. The home features three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a laundry and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, making it a practical and welcoming base for your Northern Beaches getaway.
Step outside and enjoy two separate outdoor decks, perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon drink or an easy BBQ dinner.
The location is a real highlight. You’re close to some of Sydney’s most beautiful beaches with Warriewood, Mona Vale and Narrabeen beaches all within easy walking distance.
The main road is close by with convenient public transport connections.
From the house it is just 5 minutes' walk to the B1 bus stop. In peak hours the B1 buses run to the city every 5 minutes.
Warriewood Square is an easy walk for shopping, cafes, restaurants and everyday essentials.
There is also free street parking available.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house as described.
There are 2 locked back rooms and the garage which the owners use for storage - these areas are private.
There are a few stairs with a handrail that lead to the property entrance. There is a chairlift available for guests who need some assistance with these stairs - this must be requested upon booking. Not for use by children.
Other things to note:
The owners reside in a separate secondary dwelling, located at the rear of the allotment with its own access and private open space. There is no guest access to this rear area.
