This space is the lower, more modern "Suite" of a house divided into 2 separate units. It is completely private, with no shared areas with the upper unit.

2 blocks from the UNC campus. 4 blocks from High Brau Taphouse. 1 mile to Downtown Greeley (Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, Patrick's Irish Pub, Kress Cinema & Lounge, BRIX Taphouse, Ice Haus, etc.). About a 5-minute walk to Glenmere Park.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 couch, 2 roll-away beds, 2 air mattresses, and 1 pack 'n play crib. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the suite is provided via a private entrance with an electronic door code, which you will receive the day of your arrival. We would love to help if you need an early check-in or late check-out — we can do this if there is time between guests to prepare. We charge a $20.00 fee for this service. The property has exterior security cameras.
