This two-story home in the highly desirable town of Flower Mound is perfect for families needing temporary housing during home repairs, insurance claims, renovations, or relocation. The spacious residence offers the comfort and privacy of home while you navigate life's transitions.
The home features four oversized bedrooms and multiple living spaces, providing plenty of room for families to spread out. A fully stocked kitchen to the private pool out back, every part of this home is set up to relax and connect.

The main-floor primary suite includes a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, a sitting area, and large windows overlooking the backyard oasis. The ensuite bathroom features a relaxing jetted soaking tub, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
Upstairs, three generously sized bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom layout with separate vanities, making mornings easier for families. Two bedrooms feature full-size beds, while the third offers a queen bed.
Living Spaces
The living areas are the natural gathering point of the main level. The home features a formal living room by the entrance and a large living room that connects easily to the kitchen and the rest of the main floor. Large windows in the living room keep it bright and open throughout the day, and the Smart TV with streaming apps makes it easy to wind down in the evenings.
A second living area upstairs provides additional space for children to play, watch TV, or unwind. A dedicated private office on the main floor offers a quiet workspace for those working remotely.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.
Outdoor Space
Outside, enjoy a beautifully landscaped backyard with a covered patio, built-in grill, and a private swimming pool, offering a peaceful setting for relaxation and family time.
The home is just minutes from DFW International Airport, major employers, hospitals, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday conveniences, making it an ideal location for extended stays.
Minimum one month lease. The rent includes water, trash, gas, electricity, internet, mowing & pool service and pest control. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, garage and driveway parking, and all utilities included.
• RENTAL AGREEMENT •
The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to review and sign, and will be asked to provide a copy of a government issued ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed. A copy of the agreement can be requested for review prior to booking.
• OCCUPANCY •
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Children are welcome but must never be left unsupervised at the property.
• POOL & SPA RULES •
Please know your group's swimming ability before getting in. Children must have direct adult supervision in and around the pool at all times, no exceptions. No glass in or near the pool. Please shower before entering to keep the water clean. Be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, and respect the community quiet hours. Swim at your own risk, the host is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
• COMMUNITY •
We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect to preserve it for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM and be good neighbors.
• SECURITY •
Cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, and on the sides of the home for security purposes. An additional camera overlooks the pool for security and insurance reasons. There are no cameras inside the property.
• HOUSE RULES •
No Parties. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. Prior Approval for all pets. No Glitter. (Seriously, it gets everywhere.)
