About this apartment rental

On the quays of Île Saint-Louis, between Notre-Dame and the Marais, this magnificent 130 m² duplex on the second floor, air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished, combines the charm of the old (high ceilings, parquet floors, moldings, fireplaces) with modern amenities (sound system, large TVs, ceiling heating, equipped kitchen). The view of the Seine is one of the most beautiful in Paris. With 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and 2 bunk beds, it can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The duplex apartment is located on the main floor of a listed building, built in 1639. Recently renovated by an architect, it consists of a very modern and well-equipped entrance/kitchen (Magimix food processor, oven, plate warmer, silverware, etc.), ideal for a dinner for 6; and a large and very elegant living room overlooking the Seine, with a large TV and a functional fireplace.
