Spessart Dream: 17 guests, 5 bedrooms, foosball, and a view of the valley in the nature park

Morning fog over the valley, a long dinner table on the terrace in the evening: The Spessart Traum is your home for large gatherings of family and friends—up to 17 guests plus 2 babies. Approximately 160 m² of living space on a lot of about 600 m² with a view of the valley.

Sleeping
Five bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 3 in the attic), each with a king-size box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), an additional single bed, a ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. Plus 2 extra beds. 2 bathrooms with showers and a guest restroom. Bedding and towels are included.

Living and Play Areas
Large living and dining area where everyone can sit at one table. 85-inch smart TV with Nintendo Switch 2, Mario Kart, and SingStar. Separate foosball room for tournaments in any weather. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a play area for the little ones. For babies: 2 cribs and 2 high chairs.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 4:00 PM, self-check-in via smart lock. Check-out Monday through Saturday by 10:00 AM, Sundays by 2:30 PM. Non-smoking property, no pets, no parties, quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The Surroundings
The vacation home is situated in a quiet area in the Spessart settlement of Jossa, a district of Sinntal in the Main-Kinzig district (Hesse). Jossa is a state-recognized resort town in the Spessart-Rhön Nature Park.
Hiking: The “Jossa-Sinn-Blick” Spessart Trail (approx. 5.3 km, easy) begins right in town and leads up to the Hoheleite, offering views of the Sinntal valley and the railroad viaduct. Other trails: the Marjosser Müsbrückenspur (just under 9 km), the Spessartbogen premium long-distance hiking trail, and the Three Castles Trail from Schlüchtern to Sterbfritz.
Cycling: Three signposted bike trails meet in Jossa, including the Hessian Long-Distance Bike Trail R2 along the Sinn River and the Rhön-Sinntal Bike Trail.
Excursions: Schwarzenfels Castle in Sinntal is a castle complex open to the public, offering sweeping views of the Spessart, Rhön, and Vogelsberg. In the spring, pasqueflowers bloom in the Sinnwiesen Nature Reserve between Altengronau and Jossa.
Motorcycling: The tourism associations offer planned motorcycle tours through the Spessart and Rhön.
