Welcome to the Cedar and Stone Guesthouse Victoria, our thoughtfully designed garden suite nestled in the heart of West Bay. This stylish, modern retreat blends West Coast charm with contemporary amenities, offering you a serene escape just minutes from downtown.
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our beachy cozy suite is the perfect home base for all of your adventures.

The space:
Relax and unwind at the Cedar and Stone Guesthouse Victoria, this centrally located modern and cozy home away from home! This is the perfect space for anyone looking for a tranquil location while they go on adventures in or outside of the city. The garden suite is the ground level of our home with a private entrance at the front of the house. Here are some things you can look forward to:
- Renovated modern space
- Bright and airy rooms
- Luxurious waterfall shower with radiant bathroom floor heating
- Flexible living space that easily turns into a private second bedroom with pocket doors
- Stylish kitchen with fully equipped appliances
- High-Speed Wifi and Smart TV
- Heat Pump for cooling or heating
- Washer/Dryer
- Pet-Friendly (with local dog parks within a 5-minute walk)
- Parking included
- EV charger
Location:
Within walking distance from the property is direct access to the start of the scenic Songhees or West Bay Walkway. This is a great way to meander along the ocean to watch some wildlife on your way downtown!
Here are some other key local things close by:
- Esquimalt Roasting Company
- Janevca
- Sunnyside Cafe
- Spinnakers (direct access from the Songhees)
- Boom & Batten (direct access from the Songhees)
- Driftwood Brewery

With its own private entrance and self-check-in, guests can come and go with ease through the front of the house. If you would like a tour of the front garden let us know but please refrain from exploring any further on the property as it is our private home as well.
Other things to note:
Please note that the listing will automatically charge the extra fee for the 2nd bed if there are three people booking. However, if there are just two people booking that require the 2nd bed we will send a charge after you make the booking for the 2nd bed fee of $50. This cost covers the extra setup and cleaning that it requires. Thanks for your understanding :)
